The Meetings section shows your community's upcoming and past board and membership meetings.
Meeting types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Annual | Annual Membership Meeting — all homeowners vote on board elections, budget, and community decisions |
| Board | Regular board meetings — board members review financials, operations, contracts, and policy |
| Special | Called for specific community matters between regular meetings |
Upcoming meetings
Each upcoming meeting card shows:
- Date and time
- Location (clubhouse, virtual, or other venue)
- Agenda summary — Key items the board plans to cover
Attending meetings
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend Annual Membership Meetings. Board meetings may also be open to residents depending on your community's bylaws — check your governing documents for details.
If you have an item you'd like the board to consider, contact your board administrator ahead of the meeting to request a place on the agenda.
Past meetings
Past meetings are listed below the upcoming section. Meeting minutes are posted to the Documents section after they're approved at the following meeting.
Virtual attendance
If your community offers virtual attendance options, the meeting link or dial-in information will be listed in the meeting details or sent by email before the meeting.
