Resident Guide

This guide covers everything available to homeowners in the HOA Assist resident portal.

What you can do as a resident

Dashboard	Account summary, balances, recent activity
Dues & Payments	Payment history, upcoming due dates
Violations	Open and resolved covenant violations for your lot
Announcements	Board posts and community updates
Documents	CC&Rs, bylaws, meeting minutes, forms
Meetings	Upcoming and past board and membership meetings

Your portal shows information specific to your lot only. You cannot view other residents' dues balances, violations, or account details.

If information appears incorrect, contact your board administrator to request a correction.
