Document categories
Governing Documents
The legal foundation of your HOA:
- CC&Rs (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) — The primary governing document that defines rules for your community and the rights and responsibilities of homeowners
- Bylaws — Rules governing how the HOA is organized and how the board operates
- Architectural Review Guidelines — Standards for exterior modifications, additions, and improvements to your property
Meeting Minutes
Official records of board and membership meetings:
- Annual Membership Meeting minutes
- Board meeting minutes
Minutes are typically posted within 30–60 days after each meeting is approved at the following meeting.
Financial & Forms
Financial reports and commonly used forms:
- Annual Financial Report — Year-end financial summary for the association
- ARC Request Application — Use this form to request board approval for exterior improvements (fencing, additions, painting, etc.)
- Community Rules & Regulations — Supplemental rules covering day-to-day community standards

Requesting printed copies
If you need a printed copy of any governing document, contact your board at the email address in the portal footer. There may be a small fee for printing and mailing.
ARC requests
Before making any exterior improvement to your property (new fence, painting, landscaping changes, structures, etc.), submit an ARC Request Application to your board for approval. Failure to obtain approval may result in a violation notice.
