Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of your account status.

Summary cards

At the top of the dashboard, four cards show your most important information at a glance:

• Current Balance — Your outstanding dues balance. A balance of $0.00 means you're fully current.
• Open Violations — The number of active covenant violations on your lot. Zero is good.
• Next Meeting — The date of the next scheduled HOA meeting.
• Announcements — How many new board announcements have been posted since your last visit.

Recent payments

The dashboard shows your most recent dues payments, including:

• Payment date
• Description (e.g., "Q1 2026 Annual Assessment")
• Amount paid
• Status (Paid / Pending)

Recent announcements

A preview of the latest board announcements is shown on the dashboard. Click any announcement title or go to Announcements to read the full post.

Navigating from the dashboard

Use the left sidebar to jump to any section of the portal. The sidebar is always visible on desktop. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
