This guide is for HOA board members using the HOA Assist management interface to administer your community.
Board responsibilities in HOA Assist
As a board member or administrator, you can:

Board roles
HOA Assist supports two board access levels:
- Administrator — Full access to all management features. Typically the board president or community manager.
- Board Member — Can post announcements and view records. Cannot delete residents or change billing.
