Dues & Payments
The Dues & Payments section shows your assessment history and current account balance.
Account summary
At the top of the page you'll see:
- Annual assessment amount — Your yearly HOA dues (set by your board)
- Current balance — Any outstanding amount due
- Next due date — When your next payment is due
Payment history
A full table of your payment history is displayed, showing:

| Date | When the payment was recorded |
| Description | Assessment period (e.g., Q2 2026 Annual Assessment) |
| Amount | Dollar amount paid |
| Status | Paid, Pending, or Overdue |
Payment methods
HOA Assist displays your dues and payment history. To make a payment, follow the method your board has specified — this may be:
- Check mailed to the HOA address
- Online payment through your bank's bill pay
- A payment link provided in your welcome email
Contact your board administrator for your community's accepted payment methods.
Questions about your balance?
If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact your board at the email address listed in the footer of the portal. Include your name, lot number, and the date of the payment in question.
